Mark Paine has over 23 years’ experience in the IT industry working for some the world’s most notable brands and gaining deep experience into the IT channel in the UK. Mark now works as Account Director at ResourceiT Consulting Ltd, a unique organisation that provides end to end business, sales and marketing consulting services to Microsoft and its channel partners.
Previous to starting at ResourceiT in September 2011, Mark worked at Microsoft for 17 years in a series of managerial roles including Partner Strategy & Programs lead for Western Europe and Partner Sales Manager within the UK. These roles included driving the Microsoft Partner strategy for cloud computing through western European subsidiaries.
Mark’s main role within ResourceiT is to assist Partners in developing strategies for the launch of new services based around Microsoft technologies and to build a profitable practice. Mark also assists Independent Software Vendors in developing new channels to market across the UK and Nordic regions.
